LOS ANGELES — Healnomics Foundation announced that it received recognition from the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in October 2025.
The determination marks an important milestone for the Foundation as it develops community-centered initiatives addressing sickle cell support, cancer-related navigation and nutrition, reproductive health education, education equity, food insecurity, and financial capability.
“This recognition gives Healnomics Foundation a stronger platform from which to build carefully, form responsible partnerships, and invite supporters to invest in programs that connect health, learning, and economic security,” the Foundation said in a statement. “Our commitment is to create work that is compassionate, measurable, and accountable to the communities it is intended to serve.”
As a recognized 501(c)(3) organization, Healnomics Foundation can receive charitable contributions to support its exempt purposes. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, and donors should consult their tax advisers regarding individual circumstances.
The Foundation’s next phase will focus on program development, clinical and community partnerships, responsible technology, fundraising infrastructure, governance, and preparations for its debut fundraising gala.
